Every team member undergoes structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development to ensure they embody OMR’s standards, culture, and purpose. Every trainer undergoes a structured onboarding process that begins with foundational training on the science behind our fitness methodology. The program then progresses into core subjects such as human anatomy, physiology, nutrition fundamentals, and exercise science.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, trainers are trained on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they understand the technical processes and the service standards expected while working with clients. This helps maintain consistency, professionalism, and a high-quality customer experience.
The practical component of the training focuses on workout execution, including correct exercise techniques, proper form, posture, cueing, and safe client guidance during sessions.
Learning does not stop after onboarding. We also conduct continuous development programs through monthly training sessions. Each session covers different topics to enhance trainers’ knowledge and skills, keeping them updated with best practices and new learning.
