They say sometimes it’s the smallest decisions that can change your life for ever. For me was it the decision to join @omrmangalore Being overweight sucked and instead of working on it, I started convincing myself that it’s just how my body works! During pandemic reduced activity and binge eating led to me becoming obese from overweight. I used to hate going out or dislike shopping, because it was hard to find clothes that fit! Slowly I became conscious of how I appeared on pictures and stopped clicking any (and that’s the reason for blurry photos in the video, had to crop myself out of group pictures :P). I lost confidence on myself. I had a wakeup call in an office event one day. And next day I was I walked in into OMR. I was super nervous. But the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. I still remember the first day I met my trainer, @rohan_carlo I was shocked at weight on the scale. But he did not react, instead just started giving an overview of my workout plan. I felt thankful as I was already having hard time processing the reality and last thing I would want is for someone to point it out. He also appreciated me for at least taking a step now to improve my health. That put me at ease. I realised that I had a cool trainer!
